Grape Variety & Character
This wine is a harmonious blend of 50% Monastrell and 50% Syrah, sourced from low-yielding vines over 15 years old in the D.O. Yecla region of southeastern Spain.
Thanks to the area’s sharp temperature contrasts between day and night, each grape develops a unique concentration of flavor and aromatic depth.
Winemaking Process
Grapes are harvested by hand and carefully placed in 20 kg crates to prevent any bruising. After fermentation, the wine is aged for at least 9 months in French oak barrels from the Allier forest, which infuses it with delicate hints of vanilla, oak, and pastry.
This meticulous process results in a full-bodied yet refined profile, rich in nuance and pleasure.
