HOW DOES CASCARA TASTE?
The taste of Cascara is truly individual. Just like with coffee, it depends on the variety of coffee cherries and the region where they were grown.
Our Cascara comes from Costa Rica. It's rich in antioxidants and vitamins, containing only 2-4 times less caffeine than coffee. So, you can enjoy it without worry even later in the afternoon, without disrupting your sleep.

ICED CASCARA
1. For a refreshing iced beverage made from Cascara, prepare 20 grams of Cascara and pour 0.5 liters of cold water over it.
2. Allow it to steep for 24 hours to enjoy its moment of glory.
3. Then strain it directly into glasses (you can add ice if you like) with a touch of elegance!
Taste the amazing tea crafted from dried coffee cherry husks, known as Cascara. Cascara itself is a byproduct of coffee bean processing. Surprisingly, the roots of coffee culture are closely intertwined with Cascara. Coffee beans weren't roasted until the 15th century in Yemen; before that, they were simply discarded like plum pits because the dried fruit was used to make a brew called "Buna." This beverage has experienced a resurgence with the growing interest in specialty coffee and is quickly gaining popularity. It has an excellent taste, whether enjoyed as hot tea, an iced beverage, or a refreshing summer lemonade. So, definitely give Cascara a chance!
