Winemaking Process
Hand-harvested to ensure maximum grape quality and gentle handling, the grapes undergo long maceration and malolactic fermentation.
DEMUERTE GOLD is then aged for at least 12 months in French oak barrels from the Allier forest, giving the wine notes of vanilla, toast, and elegant wood spice.
