A přesně v tomto duchu vznikla i naše limitka.
Vybrali jsme pro ni Pacamaru z farmy El Manzano v Salvadoru. V chuti čekejte tropické ovoce, zralé bobule a citrusy, doplněné karamelem, čokoládou a jemným medovým dozvukem.

Salvador El Manzano
An exceptional Pacamara from El Manzano farm. Fruity, sweet and just a little different – exactly what our Día de los Muertos limited edition should be.
Flavour Profile
Salvador El Manzano is a naturally processed Pacamara with a distinctly fruity and sweet character.
In the cup, you’ll discover tropical fruit, ripe berries and citrus, complemented by the sweetness of caramel and chocolate. A delicate honey note lingers in the finish.
The result is a juicy yet beautifully sweet coffee, where vibrant fruit flavours naturally blend with notes of chocolate and caramel.

Finca El Manzano
This coffee comes from El Manzano farm in El Salvador, located in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec area of the Santa Ana region.
The farm lies at approximately 1,300–1,500 metres above sea level and is associated with the López Díaz family.
The farm also includes Beneficio El Manzano, allowing the producer to maintain control over the processing of the coffee after harvest.

Pacamara & Natural Processing
Pacamara is a coffee variety developed in El Salvador by crossing Pacas and Maragogipe. Among other things, it is known for its unusually large coffee beans and distinctive flavour potential.
This coffee was naturally processed, meaning that the coffee cherries are dried with the fruit still surrounding the beans. This processing method helps enhance the fruitiness, sweetness and fuller character of the final cup.
It is precisely the combination of Pacamara and natural processing that gives this coffee its vibrant fruity profile, complemented by caramel, chocolate and honey-like sweetness.
84.75 Points
This Pacamara achieved a cupping score of 84.75 points.
A cupping score is a numerical evaluation of a coffee’s quality and sensory characteristics. A score of 80 points or above is associated with the specialty coffee category.
The score of 84.75 reflects what we love most about this coffee – its distinctive character, sweetness and complex flavour profile.
